By downloading, installing, or using FawnGuard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

FawnGuard is a parental control application for iOS that provides screen time management, app restrictions, web content filtering, and usage monitoring. The service requires Apple's Family Controls entitlement and operates within Apple's framework guidelines.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal parent or guardian to use FawnGuard. The app is designed for parents/guardians to monitor their minor children's devices with appropriate consent.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to use FawnGuard only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws regarding parental monitoring.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

FawnGuard offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use FawnGuard to monitor any person who is not your minor child or for whom you are not a legal guardian.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app.
• Use the service for any unlawful surveillance purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures of the app.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

FawnGuard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide reliable parental controls, we cannot guarantee that the service will prevent all access to inappropriate content or that screen time limits cannot be circumvented under all circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FawnGuard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
