3. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

FawnGuard is designed for use by parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. All child data is provided and managed by the parent/guardian account holder. Parents can review, modify, or delete their child's information at any time through the app settings.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We use Apple's CloudKit for secure data synchronization between family devices. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Usage statistics are retained for up to 90 days. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app settings or by contacting us.

6. Third-Party Services

We may use the following third-party services:

• Apple CloudKit: For secure data synchronization.
• RevenueCat: For subscription management (processes payment data via Apple).

We do not use any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

7. Your Rights
